Terms of Service

The deal
By using WorkoutPost you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose. If something doesn't work for you, email kazzper791@gmail.com and we'll figure it out.
The service
WorkoutPost connects to your Strava, syncs your activities, and lets you generate written descriptions of them via an AI model (Anthropic Claude). You can keep descriptions private, copy them anywhere, or post them back to Strava. The AI is a tool — it works from the data you give it. Don't treat output as coaching advice or medical guidance.
Your account
You need an email and password to sign up. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. One account per person — no creating extra accounts to dodge plan limits. We can suspend or delete accounts that abuse this.
Plans and payment
Free includes 5 generations per calendar month. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime via the customer portal in Settings — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Plan switches happen instantly with prorated billing handled by Stripe. Prices may change; we'll give 14 days' notice by email before any increase affects you.
Refunds
No automatic refunds for partial periods — cancel before renewal if you don't want the next charge. If something genuinely broke or you got billed by mistake, email us and we'll refund. We'd rather have a fair customer than a strict policy.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Try to break, scrape, or overload the service.
- Generate content that is illegal, harassing, or designed to impersonate someone else.
- Resell access, share accounts, or build a competing service on top of ours.
- Use a different person's Strava activities without permission.
Breaking these rules can lead to suspension or termination without refund.
AI output
You own descriptions you generate — use them however you want. That said, AI sometimes gets things wrong. We don't guarantee accuracy. Re-read what you're about to post, especially if the underlying data is incomplete.
Third parties
The service depends on Strava, Anthropic, Stripe, Supabase, and Vercel. Their outages are beyond our control. We'll work around them when we can.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, missed PRs, etc. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime — email us. We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. If we shut the service down, we'll give 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid period that goes unused.
Changes to these terms
When we change material terms we'll email registered accounts. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes go to the courts of Poland unless local consumer law gives you a stronger right.
